How to License FumeFX SL - ascudese - 10-17-2014 How do I license FumeFX SL with a floating network license? FumeFX regular version is fine since I can launch inside 3dsmax to setup the license, but I can't seem to do the same for FumeFX SL. We are using 3dsmax 2014. Re: How to License FumeFX SL - sitnisati - 10-20-2014 Hello, You can authorize FumeFX SL form the FumeFX About box dialog. I hope this works for you. Regards, Kresimir Tkalcec Re: How to License FumeFX SL - ascudese - 10-22-2014 Is this about dialog available after I choose FumeFX in the create menu? The problem is that I am not seeing FumeFX in the create menu how I would normally see it for a FumeFX install. The FumeFX SL installer doesn't seem to have made this option available. I noticed in the plugin directory listings in the 3dsmax plug-in manager, that it is pointing to the folder FumeFX(which doesn't exist on this machine) instead of the FumeFX SL. Is that an issue? If so, how do I change the path? Re: How to License FumeFX SL - sitnisati - 10-23-2014 Hello, You can open a FumeFX on the machine where you have it authorized, open the about box and license the FumeFX SL on the license server.
