The transparency of Smoke is very different by a preview and - Shark - 11-04-2015 2 questions of Preview. The brightness(gamma?) of the preview of GPU by On/Off will be different. The transparency of Smoke is very different by a preview and a rendering. How to match? Using FumeFX 4.0 + 3dsMax 2015 [ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND] Re: The transparency of Smoke is very different by a preview - sitnisati - 11-06-2015 Hello, Thank you for the report and files. I did a test with Scanline renderer and the results seems pretty close (please see attached image). Have you rendered it with VRay maybe? Preview Window can hardly be exactly as the Scanline rendered output. As for the CPU PW, we will look into this as it shouldn't be so different. My gpu previews are vastly different than cpu preview both in opacity and color even before altering any render tab or illumination tab settings. I'm previewing on a 970 gtx.
