My answers, with an assessment of my level of certainty:
1. Running the 32-bit version (100% certain)
2. Running it all in Windows XP - SP2 (100% certain)
3. Yes, it was already authorized (100% certain), and I originally authorized it under Max 9 I believe (95% certain).
