ERROR: 12290 when using fumeFx01.setPath()

$FumeFX01.SetPath ("D:/fumeTemp/test/" + ($FumeFx01.name) + ".fxd") "_.fxd"

am I doing it right? it does show the path in the ffx UI, but when i want to open it, it shows this error message.
