Hello,
My coworker and I have found a bug in seascape.
Bug Description:
-------------------------------------
Adaptive mesh Sea surface does not update properly when using "camera map binding(wsm)' modifier.
Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------------------------
1. Create an Adaptive sea-surface and camera in max 8.
2. Animate the camera rotating 180 degrees.
3. Apply a "camera map binding(WSM)" to the sea surface.
2. move time slider to random frames (do not scrub)
3. Select Sea Surface material
4. Disable the camera map modifier
5. move time slider to random frames
Observations:
-------------------------------------
The adapative sea surface does not update properly when the camera map modifer is applied. The sea surface will generate properly when the timeslider is scrubbed to sequential frames, but not when the time slider is moved to a random frame without scrubbing. This causes network rendering to fail.
I have emailed a file for you to look at, that is already set up.
