voxel velocity vs. emitter velocity

Each source adds velocity to the grid.

does that mean : final voxel velocity = current voxel velocity + source velocity ??

Free flow means that the fluid can flow through the source uniterruptedly

as per flow "interruption", do you mean a source could collide with an existing fluid and interrupt its flow?
